Returns

No goods may be returned without prior agreement with Kitchen Buddies.

No returns will be accepted unless an original Kitchen Buddies invoice is quoted.

 

Goods You No Longer Require

If you decide you do not require the goods you have ordered, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them. Should you wish to cancel and return the goods, (at your own expense) for a *full product refund *(Excludes perishable goods). You must inform us before doing so. We are unable to offer refunds if we have not been notified within this time period.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You should obtain a certificate of proof of posting if you are returning goods by Royal Mail.

We can only refund for items received back by us. If you would like us to arrange collection of heavy goods - (over 1kg up to 30kg) there is a £12 charge per parcel to do so, or you may arrange a carrier at your own expense.

 

If you return items, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your returns.

Perishable goods, DVD's, videos and books may not be returned unless faulty (see below).

All goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of order.

 

Goods Sent Incorrectly Or Damaged In Transit

In the event of receiving incorrect or damaged item(s) we ask for you to provide evidence in the form of picture(s) sent via email. If you cannot supply a picture you may be asked to return the incorrect item to us.

If you need to send back goods they should be sent via the post for goods under 5kg (you will need to obtain a certificate of posting). For goods over 5kg we will arrange a carrier to collect the goods.

If we are at fault, your return postage if applicable will be refunded in full.

Order shortages, discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
