Description

The Nakiri, a traditional Japanese vegetable cleaver is designed to slice, dice and julienne. It is great for fruits and for paper thin vegetable slices for salads, juliennes for stir-frying or slicing deli-thin meats. It can also be used for sushi preparation. Cut food does not stick to the blade thanks to its non-stick coating. Comes with blade protector for secure storage.
