Kitchen Buddies has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We aim to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it. If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, but, you must inform us of this request by email. If your goods have been dispatched from our Distribution Centre, your order may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge if applicable. Returns charges can vary and are determined by carriers based on size, weight and location. We will inform you of this cost should the situation arise.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch with us via email at sales@kitchenbuddies.co.uk (office hours Mon - Fri 9.30 am - 4.30 pm) we can then evaluate the issue and advise on the procedure to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return in writing will not be accepted.
If you decide you do not require the goods you have ordered, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving them. Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You may return the goods, (at your own expense) for a *full product refund *(Excluding perishable goods, personalised goods, special orders, sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We are unable to offer refunds if we have not been notified within the 14-day time period. We would advise you to return items with a tracked service for your own security. We can only refund for items received back by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number for proof of purchase. However, we may charge for loss in value if goods are returned in a different condition than those sent.

If you return items, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your return.
